The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes. At check in, each guest will have the opportunity to reconfirm their departure date. Any guest departing prior to that date will be assessed a charge of 50% of the rate for each night that the guest is departing early.
Room rates start at $205 plus applicable taxes.
Note: NARPM does not use 3rd party contractors to book hotel rooms and attendees should only book their rooms directly with the hotel.
