I already registered for the NARPM Convention. How do I transfer my registration to the virtual option?
• At this time, there is no further action necessary. In the coming weeks NARPM will be sending out a survey link to all attendees who are registered for the NARPM Convention where you will be given the opportunity to request one of 2 options:
• Option 1: Request a full refund of the registration fee you paid
• Option 2: Elect to transfer your existing payment to register for the virtual Convention, and you will be credited for the cost difference in registration fees.

What if I am not available during the virtual conference dates?
The content will be available on-demand for 30 days following the live event for all registered participants.

How can I cancel my hotel room reservation?
• Registrants who booked housing through other sources or directly with hotels are responsible for canceling their own reservations. Please call the hotel directly at (904) 261-6161.

Are you refunding airfare?
• Registrants are responsible for canceling their airline tickets. You should contact your carrier directly and follow their guidelines regarding the cancellation of flights. Each airline has its own policies regarding refunds and vouchers for future travel. You will need to work with the carrier directly to determine whether you qualify.

When will the virtual conference site be available?
Our goal is to launch the virtual conference site one week prior to the start of sessions. Most everything should be available to preview to allow attendees to familiarize themselves with the system.

What technology is required to participate in the conference?
We will provide a full set of requirements several weeks prior to the event, and encourage people to check that their system is ready for the broadcast. Live support will also be available as the event is broadcast.

How can I ask questions at the virtual conference?
Discussion groups will be created for each session and you will be able to join a public online chat discussion and ask questions.  Speakers will be asked to join the discussions as well and address the questions posted. Live sessions will have live Q&A sessions!

What is a ‘live text chat’?
 A live text chat is a scrolling list of questions and comments that run visibly beside the presentation while it is being broadcast live. This format will be used for all sessions and exhibit hall. Remember that these chats are public unless it states specifically otherwise (e.g. exhibitor private chat request).

How will attendees connect with exhibitors?
Attendees will be encouraged daily to visit exhibitors and sponsors at their customized exhibit booth. Exhibitor representatives will be asked to be present to answer chat questions in real time from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm EDT.
