NARPM® Convention Attendee Agreement Terms and Conditions

Membership Registration Categories
(Visit www.narpm.org/find/property-managers or call (800) 782-3452 if you need help determining your category.)
- Professional Members have successfully completed NARPM®’s 3-hour Ethics course.
- Support Staff Members are acting in the role of support in the office of a Professional Member.
- Associate Members have not completed NARPM®’s 3-hour Ethics course.
- Non-members may join by visiting www.narpm.org/join/apply. Save on Convention registration by joining.
- Vendors or Affiliate Members should see the 2019 Exhibitor Prospectus for registration information.
Registration Deadlines
All registrations must be done online on or before September 27, 2019. After this date, you may only register at the event starting October 14, 2019. People registering onsite (at the event) are not guaranteed access to the luncheons.
Enhanced Convention and Video
For an extra $50 for NARPM® Members and $100 for Non-Members, you can register for the full convention and receive a video of the workshop sessions. This is a great way to make sure you get the most out of your registration fees!
Team Discount
When two or more NARPM® members from one office register for the entire convention, the second and each additional registrant receive a $50 discount for their entire convention registrations. To receive discount, one registration must be done online within the same registration. Team discount is not available after September 27, 2019.
Cancellation Policies
If this convention is cancelled for any reason, the liability of NARPM® to the registrant is limited to the return of the registration fee. A necessary rescheduling of the convention, as approved by the NARPM® Board, does not constitute a cancellation.
Cancellations must be done online. Cancellation on or before September 27, 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. There is NO refund after September 27, 2019.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The President’s Celebration is included in your Basic or Enhanced Convention Registration. Enhanced Convention Registration includes a video of the workshop sessions.
- If you have chosen Basic or Enhanced Convention, also please select President’s Celebration RSVP (Class PRESGA18) to RSVP your attendance only at the President’s Celebration. There is zero extra cost for this. It is just an RSVP.
- Be sure to select your Extra Guest Tickets, if needed.
- You must register for Education classes separately.

Registration by Form
You can download the hard copy REGISTRATION FORM. Please complete the form and send by one of the following methods. Keep a copy for your records. Please note that the President’s Celebration is included in your Enhanced and Basic Convention Registration. Be sure to check on the registration form if you are attending.

Pre-registration must be postmarked or emailed by 11:00 pm Eastern Time on September 16, 2018. After September 16, send the higher fee shown. Pre-convention registration and rates will not be available after September 28.

**Team Discount

Team discount is not available after September 28, 2018.

Cancellation Policies
If this convention is cancelled for any reason, the liability of NARPM® to the registrant is limited to the return of the registration fee. A necessary rescheduling of the convention, as approved by the NARPM® Board, does not constitute a cancellation.
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, your cancellation request must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to conventioninfonarpm.org. If cancellation is received on or before September 16, 2018 you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is received between September 17 and September 29, 2018, you will receive a 50% refund. There is NO refund after September 30, 2018.
Monetary Policies
You will be contacted by email if your registration has any incorrect information, such as wrong member type checked or wrong credit card numbers. Incorrect registrations will not be processed and it is your responsibility to supply correct information. A $25 processing fee will be charged for re-billing a credit card. A charge of $25 will apply for all non-sufficient fund checks. Checks not in U.S. funds will be returned. You are not considered a registered attendee until payment has been successfully processed.
